# Billing and plans

> Review plan entitlements, seats, payment confirmation, and workspace access recovery.

Open **Billing** from Settings to review the workspace's current plan, seats, active agents, trial or period end, and available plan changes.

The live plans panel is the source for prices, billing intervals, limits, and available checkout options. This guide does not freeze prices or quotas that can change.

## Choose or change a plan

1. Open **Plans & pricing**.
2. Review Monthly or Yearly billing and the offered plan.
3. Set Team seats when applicable; review whether the owner is included.
4. Read the plan-change quote or checkout information.
5. Confirm the intended purchase or change.
6. Wait for AgentDesk to confirm the updated entitlement.

An existing subscription change can show the remaining-period charge, unused-plan credit, estimated amount due today, effective timing, and future recurring total. The final provider invoice can vary with rounding and itemized tax.

A **Contact us** plan requires the configured contact path; it does not create a subscription by itself. Unconfigured checkout options report their unavailability.

## Understand payment confirmation

Returning from checkout does not by itself mean the payment or workspace entitlement is confirmed. AgentDesk can show “provider confirmation is pending” while checking the result.

Use **Refresh billing** and the supported recovery flow. If a checkout return cannot be matched to your workspace, start again from the intended workspace rather than accepting a different workspace's receipt.

## Manage billing

Use **Manage billing** to open the configured customer portal for available subscription and payment actions. Portal and checkout changes require billing write permission. A read-only user can inspect permitted billing data without changing the subscription.

## Recover paused access

An expired trial, past-due payment, or suspended entitlement can pause workspace access and runtime actions. Read the access notice and use **Recover billing** or **View plans**.

Billing recovery should restore the same workspace through the supported entitlement process. Do not delete and recreate the workspace as a payment workaround.

After provider confirmation, refresh and check access again. A recovered invoice alone does not prove that the workspace runtime and feature are ready.

## Quota notices

Agent, project, and seat creation can be restricted by the current entitlement. A form may remain populated after a quota error so you can review limits and retry intentionally.

Model-provider allowance, token usage, and AgentDesk plan billing are separate. See [Usage and analytics](/user-guide/usage-analytics).
