# Get help from Cherry

> Ask Cherry about AgentDesk from any screen, report a bug, and follow up on questions the guide cannot answer.

Cherry is the AgentDesk assistant in every workspace. She guides your first setup, explains the screen you are on, answers questions from this user guide, and passes bugs and feedback to the AgentDesk team. Cherry is also a regular agent: you can give her ordinary work like any other agent.

## Ask from any screen

Choose the floating Cherry button (**Ask Cherry**) to open **Cherry · Chat support** beside the current screen. It continues your last support conversation.

* Cherry knows which screen you are on: a **Current screen** chip is added to your message, so you can ask "What does this button do?". Remove the chip with × if it is not relevant.
* **Attach a screenshot of this screen** adds a picture of the screen; use **Recapture** to take it again. Dialogs and secret fields are left out of the screenshot.

On the Chat page, the button switches the conversation to Cherry.

To hide the button, drag it onto **Drop here to hide Cherry**. Show it again with **Show the floating Cherry button** in your avatar menu.

## Answers and follow-up

Cherry answers from this guide and the team's FAQ, with a link to the section she used. When the guide has no answer, Cherry records your question for the AgentDesk support team instead of guessing. The answer reaches you as an in-app notification and by email.

## Report a bug or give feedback

Describe the problem to Cherry, ideally with a screenshot. She summarizes it and asks you to confirm before sending it to the team, together with the screenshot and the screen you were on.

## Quick tips

Cherry's button sometimes shows a short tip for the screen you open. Choose **See details** to read the full tip in your support conversation, or close it.
