Open People or Members from workspace administration. The page separates Members, Groups, Invitations, and roles where your access allows them.

Invite a teammate

  1. Choose Invite members.
  2. Enter the teammate’s email and an appropriate offered role.
  3. Send the invitation and check its pending state.
  4. The invited person signs in with the intended account and accepts the invitation.
  5. Verify their active membership.
Seat limits can prevent an invitation. If the quota changed, review the current workspace limits before retrying. Pending invitations can be revoked through the supported confirmation. The initial Starter Trial onboarding does not include an outbound invitation step. Use People and the workspace’s current seat entitlement.

Change membership

Search active members, inspect their role, and use the permitted role or removal actions. Removing a member changes their workspace access; it is separate from deleting an agent or a task. Owner, manager, member, and custom roles have different rights. Read the displayed permissions instead of assuming every manager or member has all controls.

Roles and permissions

The role editor controls read and write access to resources such as tasks, files, agent chat, agents, skills, connections, settings, usage, billing, and apps, as supported by the server. Create a role with a role ID and display name, choose permissions, and save. Edits are checked again by server authorization. Roles in use must be reassigned before they can be removed. A visible read surface can still deny a write action. For example, reading usage does not automatically grant access to cost details or billing changes.

Conversation visibility

The role’s visibility policy offers Own sessions or All workspace sessions. This controls which eligible conversations a role can see; read/write access and conversation ownership remain separate. Private sessions retain their own privacy rules. Workspace visibility is not a public link and does not make every viewer an owner or sender. See Sessions and privacy.

Groups

Use the Groups area for group records and the membership controls available in your workspace. Group access is governed by the current backend permissions; membership in a group does not grant undocumented administrator rights.
