Workspace Usage

Open Usage and select 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom date range. Custom dates use UTC and include the end date. Choose Refresh to load current data. Review total tokens, input/output, cache read, the daily trend, and breakdowns By agent and By task. Unattributed events can appear when the platform cannot associate them with a named agent or task.

Actual and estimated cost

Missing actual cost is not $0.00. An estimate is not an invoice. Cost details require billing access even when token totals and allowance are visible. Cache-read tokens are shown separately where the provider reports them. Read the chart and reconciliation labels rather than adding unrelated counters together.

Provider allowance

Provider quota status reports allowance snapshots, remaining percentage, and reset times for reported provider lanes. Allowance is an operational limit, not actual billed cost. A missing or temporarily unavailable quota snapshot does not erase token usage. If a reset time is absent, do not infer one from another provider’s window.

Freshness and empty states

A stale-data notice means the latest metering collection failed while earlier totals remain visible. If no usage appears, check the date range and permissions. Telemetry may be unavailable for a particular breakdown. “Not reported” and “Pending” are limitations, not proof that nobody used the workspace.

Workspace Analytics

Analytics presents the current billing-period workspace usage and participation data: members, active users, reported usage events, and available user/agent credit breakdowns. Some credit charts remain unavailable until Gateway telemetry reports them. Token activity in Usage and credits in Analytics are different reporting surfaces.

Project analytics

Open Analytics within Work Items, or Insights in a project overview, for task totals, created/resolved trends, status distribution, and assignee workload. Those results follow the selected project and current view filters. For subscription and payment controls, see Billing and plans.
