Pages and canvases
Every Wiki document has two modes:- Page mode for structured writing: headings, lists, tables, code, images, files, embeds, and links to other documents.
- Canvas (edgeless mode) for visual work: shapes, connectors, sticky notes, frames, images, and mind maps on an unlimited board.
/ in a page to insert blocks, and @ to link another document.
Choose New doc in the sidebar to create a document. If the workspace sets a default template, new documents start from it.
Organize
The Wiki sidebar groups documents in several ways:
A document lives in one folder. Documents created by agents are filed into a suitable folder automatically. From a document’s menu in the sidebar:
- Move Wiki location moves it to another folder; Pin Wiki location keeps it there; Resume auto-organizing lets AgentDesk file it again.
- Add Wiki shortcut also shows it in another folder. Shortcuts are marked, and Remove Wiki shortcut removes only the shortcut.
Search
Use the search box or Ctrl/Cmd+K to find documents by title and content. Search ignores accents, so “tieng viet” also finds “tiếng Việt”. Right after you open the Wiki, results can be incomplete while documents are still being indexed; the search shows the indexing progress.Share a document
Open the document’s Share menu:- Copy workspace link: only workspace members with access can open it.
- Copy public link: anyone with the link can view this one document, in page or canvas mode, without signing in. Editing is disabled.
Trash
Deleted documents go to Trash, where you can restore them. Delete permanently removes a document for good.Import
Import (under Others in the sidebar) brings in Markdown, HTML, and other supported files as Wiki documents.Wiki settings
Open the settings button at the top of the Wiki sidebar:- General: Allow public sharing of Wiki pages. Only the workspace owner can change it.
- Templates: choose whether new pages and journals start from a template, and which one.
Wiki and agents
Agents can search and read the Wiki, and create, update, and organize documents when you ask, for example “Save these meeting notes to the Wiki under Product › Meetings”. They can also read and draw on canvases, including mind maps. Reference a document with@ in Chat to point an agent at it.
